We are Zurich's leading provider of high quality furnished and serviced apartments. All our units have been individually interior designed to the highest standards and are situated in the city's most desirable and central locations, moments away from public transport, shopping, fine dining, lively bars and leisure facilities.
The apartments are an ideal alternative to long-term hotel stays, providing a comfortable, stylish and convenient temporary home at a comparatively moderate cost.

Apartment Sizes
Our clients can choose from studios and one and two bedroom units, ranging in size from 40 to 110 m2. All apartments offer generously proportioned living/dining areas, modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.
Locations
The apartments are located in attractive buildings in the prime districts of Seefeld and Old Town.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is generally two months and tenancies can be "renewed" at 40 days notice.
Prices
Monthly rents range from CHF 3,000 to 6,500.
Services
Rents are inclusive of weekly maid service and all utilities.
