Subject of the contract 1.1 The apartments may only be used for private purposes. Commercial use is not permitted or requires the express written consent of the landlord. 1.2 The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract immediately if the following cases occur: • The breach of the alleged maximum number of people on the contract • Keeping any pets without the landlord's consent • Smoking in the apartment 1.3 In the event of any bottlenecks, the landlord is entitled to assign the tenant a different property than the booking mentioned on the cover sheet of the rental agreement, but with the same size (number of rooms), the same quality and, if possible, in the same building.

Wiedikon, Kreis 3
Kreis 3 is one of the trendiest areas in Zurich. This district, also known as Wiedikon, lies on the lower slopes of the Uetliberg (another landmark of Zurich). The mountain is known for hiking trails such as the Planet Trail and offers a viewing platform and a restaurant. In the north of the district is the up-and-coming, urban district of Sihlfeld with fashion boutiques and the large Sihlcity shopping center. Sports bars and cocktail lounges attract a young, trend-conscious crowd, and international cuisine is served in the neighborhood's cozy restaurants.
From the former working-class quarter to the trendy district for young families and hipsters - in Wiedikon everyone gets their money's worth. Trendy cafés, vintage shops and the popular Houdini cinema with its international program await you here. The urban district is predominantly characterized by residential development, commercial settlements are rather rare.
The Stadtspital Triemli, one of the largest hospitals in the canton, is located in Wiedikon. The largest cemetery in Zurich is also in Kreis 3, the Sihlfeld Cemetery, which is the largest park in the city. The popular "Fritschiwiese" is an attraction especially for families. Students, on the other hand, like to live at Goldbrunnenplatz or Lochergut.
Commuters are also taken care of: Wiedikon is very well connected to the Zurich railway network via several train stations and the tram. You can be in all parts of Zurich in no time!
