Subject of the contract 1.1 The apartments may only be used for private purposes. Commercial use is not permitted or requires the express written consent of the landlord. 1.2 The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract immediately if the following cases occur: • The breach of the alleged maximum number of people on the contract • Keeping any pets without the landlord's consent • Smoking in the apartment 1.3 In the event of any bottlenecks, the landlord is entitled to assign the tenant a different property than the booking mentioned on the cover sheet of the rental agreement, but with the same size (number of rooms), the same quality and, if possible, in the same building.

Zurich’s Kreis 6 is one of the most sought-after areas to live in. According to numerous surveys of residents, the district is the leader in the rankings of housing quality in Zurich. The area is remarkable for its many green spaces, the villas on the sunny Zürichberg and the excellent infrastructure of district 6 that make it an oasis of life. The Irchelpark, as the largest park in Switzerland, is very attractive for animal lovers and joggers. With its pond it invites you to linger, have a picnic and stroll. Thanks to its spaciousness, you will always find a quiet place to read or take a siesta.

The area is prestigious and has many institutes and auditoriums, including the University of Zurich. It is also home to the unusual Moulage Museum with wax models of diseased body parts. Currency systems from several centuries are illuminated in the MoneyMuseum. Thai, African and European restaurants can be found in the southwest of the region.

In terms of transport, Rigiplatz is the center of the Oberstrass district. The Rigiblick cable car provides access to popular wooded hiking areas on the Zürichberg, it takes you up to the beautiful Rigiblick Theater, where various performances take place. Over 100 years ago, the residents introduced various festivals and events to strengthen the cohesion of the residents. Today the Oberstraass-Määrt still takes place every June.
